  • Serving Suggestion: Put the rice noodles into the boiling water and cook for one to two minutes, then pick up. Rinse with cold water. Cook in boiling water for further 20 seconds then pick up. And then add your favourite soup or sauce
  • Storage Method: Avoid direct sunlight. Store between 1 to 4 degrees Celsius for up to 18 days or to expiry dates. Can be kept frozen for up to 3 months
  • Advise: Once package is open any unused Noodles must be kept chill below 5°C and used within 48 hours.

2. Deep fry: Put the rice vermicelli in boiling oil (straight from the pack) and it will float to the surface when ready. It is also a delicious dish with cooked shredded meat. Mushroom etc are added after deep frying.

3. Cooked in soup: Boil the rice vermicelli with your favorite soup for a few minutes and add condiments before serving.
