Inspired by the popular "Crispy Aromatic duck" (or "Beijing Duck") menu, this gyoza offers a delicious flavor and ideal balance of duck meat, crunchy vegetables, seasoned with Hoi Sin sauce and spices. Best with Hoi Sin sauce.
Ingredients:
Vegetables 32% (Cabbage, Onion). Wheat Flour, Duck Meat 14%, Water, Hoisin Sauce 6.5% (Sugar, Fermented Salted Soy Bean (Soy Bean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Water), Rice Vinegar, Water, Garlic, Colour (E1913), Salt, Sesame Seed Oil, Chilli Pepper), Sugar, Duck Fat, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Bean, Wheat, Salt), Potato Starch, Bread Crumb (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Garlic Powder, Wheat Gluten, Sesame Oil, Ginger Powder.
Cooking Instructions:
For best results, cook from frozen.
*Pan fry: Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add frozen product and fry for 2 minutes. Then pour 4 tbsp (about 60ml) into the pan. Boil for 2 minutes with lid. Take the lid off and boil again for 1 minute until the water boils away.
*Deep fry: Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.
*Boil: Boil for about 3 minutes 30 seconds into simmering water.
*Steam: steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
