With this handy pack of frozen gyoza skin, you can make them from the comfort of your own home. These wheat dumpling skins are light and thin, perfect for crisping when fried and steamed. Fill with cabbage and pork for a traditional Japanese dumpling treat, or experiment with some not so traditional alternatives.  
 
You can cook your gyoza by pan frying or boiling.
Fold the wrap over and pinch the edges to seal it.
Place a ball of the filling in the centre of the gyoza wrap.
