The well known Wan Tan is a round shaped pork meat dumpling with a fan shaped tail. The dough is yellow of colour. This great looking dumpling is great for soup.

Pork 36%, wheat flour 29%, water, cabbage, Chinese mushroom, starch, onion, sesame oil, sugar, salt, flavour enhancer E621, pepper, baking powder, turmeric root extract.
