Breaded and fried ebi is a very popular Japanese delicacy which is inspired by the western style dishes. Ebi is a special preparation of shrimp. Cleaned shrimps are wide split from tip to toe through a process called ‘butterflying’. The butterflied shrimps are cleaned and boiled, which are called ebi.
