Cooking Instructions:

  • As Cold Dressing- Let rice vermicelli soak in boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and let it sit for 30 minutes, then it can be served as cold dressing.
  • For Fried Vermicelli- Heat up water to 100 C, then pour hot water into a container, let rice vermicelli soak n hot water for about 6-8 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minutes, drain and then it can be used for frying.

Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight
